At Tiny Olives, each box is thoughtfully curated with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines.
All Sales Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges
This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of each box and its materials.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and a photo of the item

We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
Subscription Orders

Subscription boxes cannot be refunded once they have been processed or shipped

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle

Once a renewal has been processed, that order will follow our standard fulfillment schedule and cannot be canceled
Shipping & Timing Clarification
Tiny Olives operates on a monthly fulfillment schedule:

Orders are shipped during designated shipping windows (typically the last week of the month)

Orders placed mid-month will still ship within that window and are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins
Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly
