At Tiny Olives, our digital products are thoughtfully created to support families in bringing faith into everyday moments. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Delivery

  • All digital products are delivered electronically

  • You will receive access via download link or email after purchase

  • No physical product will be shipped

If you do not receive your file, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital purchases are final sale

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been delivered

 

3. Personal Use Only

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Print and use materials for your own household

  • Reprint for your personal use as needed

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute files (digitally or physically)

  • Upload files to public websites or shared drives

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

  • Distribute in group settings (schools, parishes, co-ops, events) without permission

 

4. Group Use & Licensing

We love seeing Tiny Olives used in community settings.

If you’d like to use our materials for:

  • Classrooms

  • Church groups

  • Playgroups or events

Please contact us to arrange a group license or host kit.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital content—including activities, designs, text, and illustrations—is the property of Tiny Olives and is protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • We will gladly resend files or assist with access

 

7. File Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to open and print files (typically PDF format).

 

8. Updates & Revisions

  • We may update or improve digital products over time

  • Access to updated versions is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise
